TheReactorC.E. rated motorcycle jacket from Joe Rocket Canada is built with a water resistant Rock Tex 600 outer shell and includes a removable Dry Tech waterproof/windproof liner that can be worn over or under the jacket. The jacket comes fully equipped with removable Vault C.E. approved armour for the shoulders, elbows and spine.
