OneUp Components are again at the forefront with their new Carbon Handlebars specifically designed to provide E-Bike riders with more compliance to absorb impacts and vibrations. The reduction in impacts and vibrations leads to better comfort levels and less fatigue, keeping you on the trails for longer.

Using a patented oval cross-section, the engineers at OneUp were able to tailor the response of the handlebars to reduce vibrations and impacts without affecting steering response or giving up any strength. In fact, the Carbon E-Bar passes the stringent Zedler E-MTB Advanced Plus standard and the international DH standard (ASTM Cat. 5 Downhill) for handlebar strength, whilst still being 20% more compliant than other carbon bars.

Who’s this item for: E-Bike riders that want to reduce fatigue from vibrations but are not prepared to gamble on strength.

Width: The E-Bar is 800mm wide out of the box, but can be cut to your desired width, down to a minimum of 740mm

Markings: There are centre markings for stem centre and rotation angle as well as markings on each end of the bars for accurate cutting.

Compatibility:

• The OneUp E-Bar features internal routing for Shimano STEPS switch units and all other switch units with a connector diameter less than 6.5mm.
• Specialized, Bosch or Rocky Mountain remote power mode controllers cannot be internally routed through the Carbon E-Bar.
• If you have a switch with a removable wire (EP8 or E8000) you can install a 650mm or longer Shimano EW-SD50 wire.
• If you dont have a removable wire on your switch, you need to buy a new switch with a removable wire (SW-E7000-L) with a wire length of at least 700mm. Or you can add the EW-JC200 2 port junction and an EW-SD50 extension wire.

You will require a stem that can accommodate a centre wire port. Two-piece faceplate stems are ideal.

Grips with a single outer clamp are not compatible with this bar.

Control Bar Ends (Bull Horns) are not compatible with this bar.
