We build 100 engines per year, from 250cc to 700cc. Others may copy our MX Locker listings, but they cannot copy our knowledge.

This base price includes the following:

Tearing down and splitting cases of your YFZ 450 engine.

Inspecting all parts

Cleaning all parts

Checking all bearings

Complete engine gasket set

Complete engine seal set

Newcrank

New clutch kit

Resurfacing cylinder (gasket surface)

Resurfacing Head (gasket surface)

Polishing cam journals if needed

Shimming valves

New valve seals

New timing chain

New Piston – compression of your choice up to 13.5:1. (standard bore only)

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

Please browse my MX Locker store for additional services such as port & polish, combustion
chamber work, valve seat cutting, cylinder head shaving, cam journal repair, or
powder coating engine parts.

SHIPPING:

I do not recommend shipping your engine in a cardboard box.PLEASE ship your engine in a 60 quart Igloo cooler on wheels with the lid screwed shut. I have included a photo of the cooler for your reference. Buyer pays return shipping.

TURN AROUND TIME:

Build time will be based on the amount of damage / parts needed for your engine. Some specialized parts may take longer to receive. Or if you want a used part (such as an engine case) I will need time to hunt it down. I do believe in prompt service and excellent communication.

How this works:

Upon using “Buy it Now” you will be sent, within
